Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa Policy - WE WILL CALL TO CONFIRM BOOKING-
To book your event, we require a non-refundable credit/debit card or cash deposit payment of 50% of package listed price. We do not accept checks as form of payment. For your protection, we offer PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Square, which allows you to securely pay. Your final payment is required 1 week before day of event. Taxes will be included with final payment. If for some reason we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel your event.
We are happy to accommodate last minute guests, however we require at least 48 hours notice prior to your event date. To ensure your event runs smoothly, we prepare in advance based on headcount to have ample supplies for your spa party.
Due to the nature of scheduling multiple events in one day, the schedule time for your event is not flexible. We start on time and end on time. Therefore, guests must be on time in order to take full advantage and enjoy the Dreamy Glam Kidz Spa services. This is not to say that we cannot accommodate guests that are late, they will simply be integrated into the current activity. For example, if we are finished with facial or mani and we are on to another service, the late guest will have missed those activities but be included to take part on the current service and whatever comes next. Parties will not be held up to accommodate late arrivals under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding.
Parties of 7 guests or more require an additional an host for $45. A final headcount will be needed 48 hours before the party. In the event that not all your extra guests show up, a $45 fee will be added to your balance for the extra hostess. For example, if your final head count is 12 and only 7 show up, you will be charged $45 for the extra hostess. Once you confirm your final headcount, we have to bring the right amount of hostesses to ensure that your party will run smoothly and on schedule. Please remember that even if your guests don't show up, we still have to take care of our staff.
The total duration of our services is 3 hours for up to 6 guest. However, the duration can vary depending on the number of guests and any additional services requested in advance. Again, additional guest require additional personnel therefore, additional charges apply, including a $45.00 charge for each additional half (1/2) hour.
Cancellations and refunds:
If you must cancel your party for any reason including weather related, the following refund policy applies. Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. Any changes must be in writing for our records. Your event is transferable no more than 30 days out and (one time only) with no penalties.
If due to mechanical breakdown we can still offer the reschedule or full refund of payments received.
The remaining balance for our parties are due 1 week before the day of the party. You will be charged the balance for your package based on your number of guests in that package. If you have additional guest you only pay for the guests that show up. If your additional guests don't show up and we had to bring a third hostess based on your confirmed final headcount a $45 fee will be charged.
Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional materials, whether now known or hereafter existing. As a host of Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa event, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa for the use of any photographs taken of your child or children, your home and your guests. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with us taking photos of your party.
Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa is an entertainment spa party business. We are not licensed cosmetologists or manicurists; we do not use professional tools for manis or pedis.
All spa robes, princess costumes and tutus, are made to wear over clothing. You will be responsible for excessive damage to our party attire. In the event of damage or loss of Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa inventory and/or damage or loss to the party location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.
Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa is not responsible for allergic reaction or any other medical reaction steaming from the facials, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. It is incumbent upon you/host to check with all guest prior to the event regarding any allergies.
We offer up to a 25mi radius of our business territory and after that its a charge of $1.50 per mile over.
Gratuity for parties is at your discretion. Therefore, we don’t include gratuity in the costs for any of our services. However, our staff would greatly appreciate your generosity should you choose to provide gratuity for your event. However, parties 8 guest and over, there will be a 15% gratuity added to your package.
We do not cut or trim nails or cuticles during our services. We request (in advance) that Gel nail polish be removed prior to the start of the party, as polish removal delays services. Should our team be required to remove Gel polish there will be a $5 fee per girl.
Our make-up is for entertainment only. We proudly use all kid friendly beauty products for our services. Disposable applicators are used for all makeup applications.
Dreamy Glam Kidz Mobile Spa is not responsible for any accidents including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries caused at party location. However, we understand that when working with children, accidents may occur so we take all precautions to avoid accidents. All disclaimers must be signed and returned to us at least 24 Hrs. prior to party.
We ask that you please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access. We require two parking spaces in front of your home/location in order to park the bus.
