Frequently Asked Questions

Party is at your location.  We come to your Home, Park, Business, Venues, School Event, and more.... You name it we there!!!  Location is your choice.

We can not park on a HILL or Slope.  Must be leveled street at all times.  Please reserve parking near the entrance of the party please.  (BUS must have 2 car parking spaces).

Please have old nail polish removed.  Additional charges will be applied if old polish is not removed.  Make sure the bus has parking in front of designated location. 

Invite the girls at least 30 mins before the scheduled time with our spa bus.                 For logistics and time reasons, we must start on time.

Let the adult guests know that they should not stay inside the spa bus, only from the door take photos and videos and then exit.  This allows us a better organization/space and comfort in the event.  Please note if approved, we do take pictures and videos to share. 

It is not allowed to enter with food or drinks.  It gets messy.  Only before the end of your event time, at least 15 mins before you can enter with the cake and to sing happy birthday and take photos. 

Additional time can always be purchased in advance.  

However, when purchasing an Add on Service an additional 45mins comes with that purchase.  

YES!  Whatever you want to add on to your package, we can make that work for you.  We can customize any package.  Just let us know what you like and well make it happen.
